Robbie Allan Memorial off-road celebration

by

Sammy Miller trials legend will be one of the star guests at the Robbie Allan off-road celebration

There will be all sorts of events going on throughout the weekend, but principally there is a trial, scramble and an enduro for riders over the age of 50.

Tinto Park, the brainchild of Robbie Allan, is 50 miles north of Carlisle and only four miles from the M74 near Abington.

The main focus of this event is to raise a substantial donation for Macmillan Cancer Support while at the same time providing a memorable weekend of motorcycle sport and nostalgia for everyone. As such it is greatly appreciated that in common with everyone else the invited guests and celebrities are happily funding their own travel and accommodation.

See a whole host of off-road stars of yesteryear and be part of the 1964 BBC Grandstand Trophy Series Reunion with some riders competing, some parading and others simply enjoying being present at such a unique event.

For Trials entry form send an SAE to Andrew Johnstone, 32 Regent Place, Edinburgh EH7 5BG. For Enduro entry form send an SAE to John McCrink, Braeside Cottage, Grange Road, North Berwick EH39 4QT. For Scrambles entry form send an SAE to Jean McCrink, Braeside Cottage, Grange Road, North Berwick EH39 4QT. Entries close June 19, 2014 or when full.
