Despite the July rain, or perhaps because of it, the demonstrations drew a big crowd as solos and sidecars rumbled, slithered and roared their way around the challenging course.
Deep ruts soon filled with mud, corners cut up and, if spectators weren't aware of what scrambling was all about before, they were as they left at the end of the demos. Roll on 2013!
