Exciting news comes from Mortons Archive with the announcement we can now offer these fabulous deckchairs.
The ideal thing to pack in your car, van or motorhome for relaxing between races at your scramble, MX or enduro, these superbly-made chairs come in a variety of motorcycling designs.
Joel Robert’s leap at the 1967 British MX GP is our favourite of the stock designs, closely followed by the BSA Gold Star engine line drawing.
Our archivist Jane says almost any image, either one of your own, or from the archive, could be printed on to a chair, though obviously a portrait image will work best and there is a slight waiting time for the non-stock specials.
The frames are made from 47mm x 22mm oiled hardwood and the slings – yeah I didn’t know that’s what they were called either – are from polyester sailcloth and printed using the latest printing techniques.
They cost £99 plus £10 delivery and you can get them from the Classic Magazines website: www.classicmagazines.co.uk or by calling 01507 529529.
